Suzanne Pleshette

SuzanneSuzanne Pleshette was an American voice actress, actor, and film actor. She was born in January 31, 1937, until January 19th, 2008. Pleshette began her acting career in the theatre and appeared in films in the late 1950s. Then, she became a prominent actor in movies such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (633) and Spirited Away (11). From 1972 to 1978, Pleshette was a frequent guest in a variety of television shows. She also played Emily Hartley, which earned numerous Emmy Award nominations. Pleshette was the daughter of Geraldine (nee Kaplan), and Eugene Pleshette. She was born in Brooklyn Heights, New York City, on January 31 in 1937. The parents of the couple were Jewish parents of immigrants from Russia or Austria-Hungary. She was the daughter of Geraldine Rivers, a performer and dancer. Her father was stage director for the Paramount Theater, Manhattan, as well as the Paramount Theater, Brooklyn.
